| Nestled among 16-1/2 acres of native trees and shrubbery in the scenic
White Mountains of Arizona, Waltner's RV Resort is an age-qualified (55+
senior) community of 145 spacious home sites. The resort
is located just three miles south of Show Low, the commercial and tourism
hub of this popular recreational area.
The scenic White Mountain and Mogollon Rim areas are also nearby for campers and fishermen. The Apache, Navajo, Hopi, and Zuni Indian Reservations are nearby. Boating and fishing are popular in many lakes and streams in the area, and snow skiing is available at Sunrise Park Resort on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation. The Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center, located very close to Waltner's, has 81 beds; there are five nursing homes totaling over 200 beds and ten clinics (two chiropractic, eight medical). The medical staff includes 64 physicians, thirty dentists, two opthomologists, six optometrists, nine chiropractors, and eight veterinarians. |

interest. The city has a new indoor aquatic center, and nine 18-hole golf
courses within 20 miles. The Apache Sitgreaves National Forest, with 58
campgrounds, trails, and pristine lakes, surrounds the area.
